The Heart
So in acupuncture, the organs have special roles, even personalities. The Heart is the Empress or Emperor. And what I always thought was so interesting is her job is not a job at all -- its just Being. When she is sitting peacefully on the throne, the whole kingdom works better.
This is a big concept in UpSpark, and I wanted to share an excerpt I just read from Singer's The Untethered Soul (an awesome book, btw!)
Very few people understand the heart. In truth, your heart os one of the masterpieces of creation. It is a phenomenal instrument. It has the potential to create vibrations and harmonies that are far beyond the beauty of pianos, strings or flutes. You can hear an instrument, but you feel your heart. And if you think that you feel an instrument, it's only because it touched your heart. Your heart is an instrument made of extreme subtle energy that few people come to appreciate.
